"Where do I start?! You have been absolutely fantastic for us. From when we first had Buster as a pup, and he had all his naughty ways off-lead, you persevered to help us train him into a cheeky, but better behaved, teenager. With Brixton, you have been simply fabulous, sticking with him even when he tried your patience and spending time getting to know his good and bad points and working through the latter.
In terms of what you have done for our working life, I cannot commend you and your services more highly. You have always been there for us and the boys, such a regular presence in their lives, that they visibly miss you at the weekends. You have always communicated with us and been honest with us, allowing us to respond to issues quickly and feel comfortable that the boys are in safe hands.
In respect of your homestay service, you have helped us out of some sticky patches, when we have both been called away with work overnight at short notice, or simply when we've been on holiday, it has been a great comfort to know that the boys were having as much fun as we were. Your regular text messages whilst we are away added to our sense of security that the boys were perfectly happy in our absence.
You have always loved the boys as if they were your own and quite frankly, I'm not sure we're going to survive without you.
